MY THOUGHTS

I am a firm believer that most people can either donate time or money to help others.  Over the years I have found different ways to practice what I believe in, including organising gift bags to the homeless, volunteering at charity shops, teaching fund raising yoga classes and more.  Please read my stories below and let me know if you want to get involved, or hopefully it will inspire you to try something new that can benefit the less fortunate around you.
